General delivery and payment conditions
Introduction:
Conditions mentioned below concern the deliveries of
goods from The Fairy Closet to private people and are valid, unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
The sale of an article(s) comes about after acceptance
of the order and the confirmation via email.
In the event The Fairy Closet is not able to accomplish
the order, the customer will be inform by email.
The mentioned prices are inclusive of VAT but are excluding
delivery costs.
Swap/Return:
The customer has the right to return and/or swap the
articles within 8 days of receipt. Postage costs are charged to the
customer. The articles must be returned new, unworn, intact and in
the original packaging. Upon the return of goods, the customer will
be refunded the value minus the delivery costs within 7 days of receipt
of the articles.
When The Fairy Closet has delivered an article that
is not in conformity with the order, the customer has the right to
return the article. In this case the sending costs will be for account
of The Fairy Closet. The Fairy Closet will then refund the amount
paid by the customer within 7 days of receipt of the article.
Ways of payment:
The purchased goods have to be paid for in advance or
cash at collecting/delivery.
Payment in advance: as soon as the due amount has been
credited on the account of The Fairy Closet, the goods will be sent
and/or delivered within 2 working days, provided that they are in
stock.
Terms of delivery:
If the goods are not in stock at The Fairy Closet, delivery
may take up to 10 working days, provided that they are in stock at
the supplier. If this is not the case, we will inform you of the expected
term of delivery via email.
Sending costs:
The sending costs, with tracking number, will be calculated
on the tariffs of the TNT (€6,75 up to 10 kilos) + a contribution
of €1,50 for packaging material.
In case of express delivery the goods can be personally
delivered upon agreement with The Fairy Closet. For this The Fairy
Closet charges €0,20 per kilometer.
